A fun breakfast when you are out of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or just bored of the ole oatmeal. I remember my Grandpa used to make this for breakfast – my brothers and I always got a kick out of it :).
What you need:
- Good bread – I used whole wheat good-for-you bread
- Butter/Oil for the pan
- Flipping skills
It’s nothing fancy, just fun.
Cut a whole in the center of your slice and remove the center. You can eat this if you’d like.
Fire up a saucepan with some butter/oil on medium heat. Gently crack your egg in the center of the toast.
When it’s somewhat cooked on one side, flip it!
